SALES TERMS & CONDITIONS

- Accessories must be returned within 7 days in the original packaging and condition with receipt. 

– Devices must be returned within 3 days. A 20% restocking fee will be charged for all device returns. 

– Special order items and devices are non-refundable.


REPAIR TERMS & CONDITIONS

IN-TAKE

By signing the Smart Fix In-Take form, your agree to the following:

– A bench fee of $20 on mobile devices / $35 on computers will be charged on all attempted repairs.

– Smart Fix is not liable for any lost data during a repair. It is up to the customer to back up their data

  prior to repair. Smart Fix offers back-up services for an additional charge if desired. 

– Liquid damaged devices are repaired as data-recovery only. No warranty or refunds will be given if

  the device fails after any repairs completed.

– Smart Fix will hold your device for 45 days after a diagnosis is supplied. We will notify the customer

  3 times during this period prior to recycling/disposing of the device in a proper manner. 

– Smart Fix will notify the customer of the charges for the recommended repair. Charges must be 

   approved to proceed with repair.


OUT-TAKE

By signing the Smart Fix Out-Take form, you agree to the following on device pick-up:

– The repair requested has been completed in a professional and acceptable manner.

– Issues arising after the repair must be reported within 14 days of device pick-up. Smart Fix will repair

  issues caused by an employee during repair if reported properly.

– Only the parts replaced on the device are covered by our warranty, not the entire device. 

– The customer is picking up the device and releases all liability from Smart Fix.


WARRANTY INFORMATION

– Accessories are covered under warranty according to the manufacture’s policy.

– Refurbished devices include a 90 day limited warranty.

– New devices include a 1 year limited warranty.

– Parts replaced on a device include a 1 year limited warranty.

– Solder repairs include a 90 day warranty. 

– Software repair, optimization, virus removal and data recovery are as-is with no warranty provided.

Physical damage (cracks, deep scratches, dents, water damage, power related, etc) are not covered by warranty and will void any warranties provided. Repairs provided outside of our shop will void any warranty provided through Smart Fix. 


The customer agrees and accepts the charges listed on the receipt and/or service ticket. By signing, the customer understands the terms and conditions and acknowledges that the device is back in their possession, releasing all liability from Smart Fix and it’s employees.
